The Oak Ridge Composite Squadron (TN-170) is located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.  It is a subordinate unit of Group 1, Tennessee Wing CAP.  The squadron was formed on 6 November 1943, approximately 13 months after "The Secret City" was established under the Manhattan Project.  The unit has had a continual presence in Oak Ridge for most of the last 70 years.
